Upcoming Core Competencies 4 day training

CORE COMPETENCIES FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS March 22, 23, 28, 29 9am-4pm

Location Matt Urban Hope Center, 1081 Broadway The Community Health Worker Network of Buffalo offers this 4 day/28 hour course to build qualities, knowledge, and skills of Community Health Workers and other frontline workers in health, education, community development, and human services. The training design for our 4 day "Core Competencies" program is interactive and participatory, and accommodates individuals with various learning styles and preferences. Trainers will have extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in the content areas; as well as community and supervisory experience. Research and training materials are based on national best practices and infused with local context. Please note that you must be able to attend for the full duration of the program to participate.
