Quality and affordable housing, access to fresh and healthy foods, good schools and jobs close to where we live—all have significant connections to individual and community health outcomes. Come join Community Health Workers, community organizers, and other frontline workers to dialogue on this topic. ALL community members are welcome. We will share a meal, engage in a facilitated open dialogue, and provide time for resource-sharing and networking.
