Who doesn't love a birthday party?
Medicare turns 50 on Thursday, and we are celebrating with CAKE and a teach-in from 5:30pm-7pm at Canisius College Science Hall (Main between Delevan and Jefferson). Katie Grimm, MD and Jessica Bauer Walker, CHW will be co-facilitating a participatory workshop, and we'll be planning for the next stage in the movement to expand the concept of Medicare (universal, equitable coverage) to ALL Americans.
